  • All taxes (if any) are included in the prices
  • Payment is made by credit card, debit card, or other methods indicated on the platform

4. Information on the Right of Withdrawal

Digital content and services are:

  • Performed instantly
  • Provided electronically

as they are services performed instantly and provided electronically, they fall within the exception to the right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The consumer accepts that once performance of the service has started, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Consumer complaints may be submitted before:

Mospital - Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

BUYER / CONSUMER

A real person purchasing services through the Mospital platform.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding digital services purchased electronically by the buyer through the Mospital platform.

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE

  • Services are provided electronically
  • Service performance starts after the purchase is completed
  • No physical delivery is made

ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer accepts that for:

  • Digital content
  • Subscriptions
  • Online services

there is no right of withdrawal once performance of the service has started.

ARTICLE 5 - FEE AND PAYMENT

  • Payment is made at the amount determined during purchase
  • The service is not started before payment is completed

ARTICLE 6 - LEGAL STATUS OF THE PLATFORM

Mospital:

  • Is not the employer of professionals providing services
  • Is not directly responsible for the content of services provided
  • Operates as an intermediary and technology platform

ARTICLE 7 - FORCE MAJEURE

Situations that develop beyond the control of the parties and prevent performance of the agreement are considered force majeure.

ARTICLE 8 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from this agreement:

  • Under Turkish consumer legislation
  • Consumer Arbitration Committees and
  • Consumer Courts

ARTICLE 9 - EFFECTIVENESS

By approving this agreement electronically, the buyer declares that all articles have been read, understood, and accepted.
