Mospital - Refund & Withdrawal Policy

This Refund & Withdrawal Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts for digital services offered through the platform operated by Mospital Inc. ("Mospital").
Mospital is a digital platform and technology provider. Services offered through the platform are not medical diagnosis or treatment services.
1. Nature of the Service
Services offered through the Mospital platform include:
- Digital subscriptions
- Online packages
- Live or scheduled online sessions
- AI-powered informational digital services
All of the above are digital services provided electronically.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for:
- Services performed instantly
- Services provided electronically
- Digital content and services
there is no right of withdrawal.
The user accepts that once performance of the service has started, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
3. Refund Conditions
- Digital services are non-refundable by nature
- After a subscription starts, no refund is made for the remaining period
- No refund can be requested for unused sessions or unused time
- Refunds are not provided except where legally required
4. Live and Scheduled Services
For live, appointment-based, or date/time-specific scheduled services:
- User non-attendance
- Late attendance
- Cancellations for reasons other than technical issues
do not create a right to a refund.
If technical disruptions are caused by Mospital, an alternative solution may be offered to the user.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- Subscriptions may be canceled by the user from account settings
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period
- Past billing period fees are not refunded for canceled subscriptions
6. Campaigns and Promotions
Services offered under campaign, discount, or promotion terms:
- May be excluded from refund scope
- May be subject to special conditions
These situations are clearly stated in the relevant campaign terms.
7. Reservation of Legal Rights
This policy does not eliminate the consumer's non-waivable rights arising from applicable laws. Where mandatory consumer legislation applies, the relevant legal provisions shall prevail.
