Mospital does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. All services offered through the Platform are provided by independent professionals or automated informational systems.

Mospital solely operates as:

• An intermediary platform

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

6. Subscriptions, Packages, and Payments

• Mospital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service is provided
• Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk

In any event, Mospital’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Mospital in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Results may vary depending on individual circumstances.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mospital against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or interactions with professionals.
